What started as a small gathering has quickly grown into something much bigger.
On Saturday, March 28th, more than 2,100 community members joined us at Cirque Park in University Place for TAPCO’s second annual Easter Egg Hunt. Families came out to celebrate, connect, and enjoy a morning designed with the community in mind.
From the moment the event began, the park was filled with energy. Kids searched for thousands of colorful eggs, families lined up for photos with the Easter Bunny, and music from a live DJ helped create a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.
By the end of the event, more than 4,200 eggs had been collected and 302 families took home photos with the Easter Bunny, many of them printed and ready the same day.
Events like this are made even stronger through community partnership. We are grateful to Old Spaghetti Factory, Bliss Small Batch Creamery, and Dave & Buster’s for providing special giveaways that added to the experience for so many families.
Hosting this year’s event in University Place created an opportunity to connect in a new way, bringing together members and neighbors in a space that was open, accessible, and built for community. It is part of a continued effort to show up in ways that bring people together and create lasting connections.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported the event, and helped make the day what it was. We are excited to continue building experiences like this across the communities we serve.
