Make that transfer, deposit that check, pay those bills, and save lots of time. While our branches are here when you need them, as a TAPCO member, you have access to your accounts on your phone or tablet too. We just hope you’ll stop in to say hello once in a while.

Mobile App

Manage your finances on the go our mobile app, TAPCO CU Mobile. From the convenience of your smartphone or mobile device, securely view account balances, transfer funds, deposit checks, and pay bills electronically. Sign up for online banking to access your accounts on the mobile banking app. As an added security, TAPCO uses Multi-Factor Authentication, which provides the user a time sensitive code through their registered phone number (via text message) or email address when logging in.

Make quick and easy check deposits right from your smartphone or tablet through our mobile app, TAPCO CU Mobile, anytime, anywhere. This service is free for all members enrolled in online banking.

Deposit checks in a few simple steps:

  1. Log in to the TAPCO CU Mobile app with your online banking credentials and select "Deposit"
  2. Once on the Deposit screen, select "Deposit a check"
  3. If you're a first-time user, choose "accept" after reading through the end user agreement
  4. Select the account for your deposit
  5. Enter the deposit amount
  6. Endorse the check with your signature, account number, and “For Mobile Deposit at TAPCO CU Only"
  7. Take a picture of the front and back of the check when prompted and select Use or Retake to confirm images
  8. Select "Make Deposit"

Safe, Easy Transactions From the Palm of Your Hand With Samsung, Google, and Apple Pay

Samsung, Google, and Apple Pay are raising the bar for secure, convenient transactions from your mobile device. To get started, enter your TAPCO credit or debit card information into your Samsung Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Wallet app. Then shop in-store or online at millions of merchants across the nation with more joining every day. 

Enjoy the perks of paying with your mobile device over conventional credit card payments: 

  • Make purchases by holding your phone near a participating merchant's contactless reader. 
  • Samsung, Google, and Apple Pay transactions are free. Message or data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. 
  • Your name and card number remain anonymous to cashiers and bystanders, making online and mobile payments more secure than ever before. 
  • Your phone only carries a unique, encrypted Device Account Number rather than your actual debit or credit card numbers.

Text Banking

Banking that moves as fast as you do.

View your account balances and transaction history on the go. No logins required here! Just text us and we’ll reply in seconds with the account information you need. It’s fast, easy, secure, and you don’t need a smartphone to do it.

Here’s how to make it happen:

  1. Ensure you’re enrolled in online banking.
  2. Once you’re logged in to online banking, register your mobile device by selecting “Mobile” in the top right hand menu.
  3. Click “Add New Device” on the “Manage Mobile Banking Devices” page.
  4. Under “Other Services,” enter your mobile phone number, the click “Continue.”
  5. Select the “Text Messaging” box, then click “Continue.”
  6. Once you receive the text message with your activation code, enter it in the field provided to activate your device for text banking.
  7. Select and nickname the accounts you’d like to access in mobile banking.

Send the following text commands to 39872 to receive text message responses directly to your phone:

  • “BAL” or “BAL (Account Nickname)” Shows account balance.
  • “HIST (Account Nickname)” Shows recent transaction history.
  • If you need assistance with text banking or you’d like to be reminded of the commands, text “HELP” to 39872.
  • If you’d like to opt-out of text banking and SMS notifications, text “STOP” to 39872.

TellerPhone: 24 Hour Account Access

Manage your finances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the convenience of your phone. TAPCO's TellerPhone gives you instant access to your accounts from any phone. TellerPhone is a quick way to transfer money, make a loan payment, or get an up-to-the-minute balance of your account. You can also receive information on cleared transactions which makes it easy to balance your checkbook.
