Information on TAPCO's System Outage
TAPCO CU’s branches are open and providing services to members. We have provided this FAQ to address member questions.
I am not able to link my account to third party websites such as Quickens, Plad, or Mint? We are aware of this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What is the status of TellerPhone? TellerPhone can be reached by calling 253.565.9875 or 1.800.564.7045.
My Online Banking is showing a security message when my account information is loading. This is an update that took place within our online banking system. If you have any questions regarding this update, please reach out to our Contact Center at 253.565.9895.
My account statements cannot be accessed in mobile banking. As of 9/27, both Monthly Account and Visa Statements can now be accessed through Mobile Banking. Please contact us at 253.565.9895 if you do not see your statement in Mobile Banking.
Can I email a TAPCO team member? Yes, TAPCO team members can be emailed. If you emailed a TAPCO team member between 8/27 - 9/8, your email may have bounced back and was not received as a result of the system outage.
My transactions in online banking are not representative of the date the transaction occurred. Because of the system outage, there was a delay in transactions being processed. Some members may see transactions posted on a different day than the original transaction date. The description of your transaction will reference the actual date of activity. We apologize for this confusion.
An unexpected loan payment transfer occurred on my account. These payments have been reversed. We apologize for the confusion this may have created.
I incurred a fee due to this system outage. TAPCO will refund any fees that were a result of the system outage. If you have incurred a fee, please call the Contact Center or visit a Branch for a refund.
